We are happy to announce we have resumed seeing clients in-person. We are also continuing to offer telehealth assessment and many of our cases combine the two. If you choose to work with us, we will discuss with you the different options and your preferences and create sessions that make sense given scheduling, travel, and what is being assessed.
For much of the pandemic we were working exclusively over telehealth, and at that time we stopped assessing children under age nine because we did not feel we could get reliable results and cooperation that way. With the resumption of in-person services as an option we are delighted to open our doors again to kids under nine.
The closest and most reliable parking is in the Olive Street Parking Garage at 11 Olive Street between Bank Row and Hope Street, directly across from the Olver Transit Center. You will need the Passport app on your smartphone to pay for parking. The first hour is free. Most street parking in Greenfield has converted over to the Passport app as well, rather than coins.
Information about the garage and the Passport app are here: Olive Street Garage
We are on Bank Row between Main Street and Olive Street. There is a stairway through the door on your right in the lobby entrance, or you can take the elevator which is in the back of the building. Go to the second floor and we will come get you from the waiting area when it is time for your appointment. The stairway and elevator are both kept locked by building staff so we will unlock them at the time of your expected arrival. If you arrive early or have any trouble getting in please text your psychologist for help.
Here are our cell phone numbers if you need help getting in:
Dr. Flannery Geier 413-225-1455
Dr. Emily Love 413-453-9119
Dr. Claudia Rutherford 413-475-0086
Please do NOT come for your appointment if you are not feeling well. Please contact your psychologist ASAP so that you can reschedule.
