We can see clients in-person and over telehealth. Many of our cases combine the two. If you choose to work with us, we will discuss with you the different options and your preferences and create sessions that make sense given scheduling, travel, and what is being assessed.

One of our psychologists is located in a PSYPACT state, and holds the PSYPACT authorization, meaning that she can see clients over telehealth anywhere in New England as well as in a majority of states in the US. Please inquire if you are not in Massachusetts but are seeking a telehealth assessment, as she may be able to see you.

Parking

Most parking in Greenfield now requires use of the Passport parking phone app, so it is recommended to download and set it up prior to your visit. The closest and most reliable parking is in the Olive Street Parking Garage at 11 Olive Street between Bank Row and Hope Street, directly across from the Olver Transit Center. You will need the Passport app to pay for parking in the garage too. Typically parking in the garage is free on weekdays between 11 am and 2 pm as well as all weekend, but the most current policies and rates can be found at this link: Olive Street Garage

Building

We are on Bank Row between Main Street and Olive Street. The building is between Manna Korean restaurant on the right and Magpie pizza to the left. There is a stairway through the door on your right in the lobby entrance, or you can take the elevator which is in the back of the building.  Go to the second floor and we will come get you from the waiting area when it is time for your appointment. The stairway and elevator are both kept locked by building staff so we will unlock them at the time of your expected arrival. Sickness & Bad Weather

Please do NOT come for your appointment if you are not feeling well or it is hazardous to travel due to the weather. Please contact your psychologist ASAP so that you can reschedule.
